Being the first-ever private College in Myanmar, we not only deliver state-of-the-art quality education, but also we truly value, preserve, and appreciate the essence of our Burmese traditional arts, heritage, and culture. We believe that cultural and traditional heritage is greatly important in reflecting upon one's values, beliefs, and aspirations that portray an individual's national identity.
As the very-first private leading College in Myanmar, we are very proud of our country's cultures, traditions, and heritage. Since traditional cultures and values are always essential to be showcased to create a special sense of belongingness and heritage among us, we make sure to keep them alive in the hearts of the students, members of Myanmar Imperial College.
From the tangible cultural heritage aspects of our College, our College campus is inspired by Burmese Vintage and British Colonial architectural style with modernized facilities. Our campus interior environment is exquisitely decorated and designed with Burmese inspired decorations and antiques simply creating the sentiment of Myanmar's traditional culture and heritage for everyone to experience throughout our entire College campus.
When it comes to preserve and treasure the intangible cultural aspects of our College, we solemnly practice sharing and spreading the culture of respect, compassion, humanity, and politeness among all of the students and members of our College as well as share our traditional and cultural values through education, knowledge, and wisdom that we deliver, the service experience that we provide and the thoughtful practices that we carry out.
Whoever we may be, we truly believe that traditional heritage and culture require a huge amount of effort to preserve and treasure it. It is also our utmost responsibility in order to spread and share these values with our younger generations within our society as it is the easiest and the best way to safeguard our respective traditional heritage and culture.
Our beloved founder, Mrs. Poht Poht Kyi is renowned to be one of the most inspirational figureheads across our entire nation, Myanmar. She is truly inspired in positively contributing to further developments of our youths, society and country as well as hugely passionate in continually developing her own knowledge and studies in relation to academic and leadership aspects. Apart from that passion, Mrs. Poht Poht Kyi is also a greatly-talented artist and with a huge passion and fondness for creating arts. Her passion of arts began at her very young age and she devoted lots of her leisure times to draw and practice. She participated in many national and international Arts Competitions where she had accomplished herself many first-place awards. Her love for art has stayed alive and developed till the present. The pieces of artworks prepared by Mrs. Poht Poht Kyi with her deep love and passion have also been showcased at our College campus which has gained plenty of admirations and plaudits for exquisiteness and beauty of her creations, paintings and arts.
